Erection Quality - Pre and Post Trimix Use

I have had Colorectal Cancer Radiation, Chemotherapy and full Ostomey Surgey August of 07. Prior to the surgery my erection was an inch longer and 2.5 inches wider in girth as it relates to my current Trimix induced erection. Has anyone else experienced such a size difference whether it's Trimix or any other ED treatment? I want to know what I can do, if anything, to get my full erection back. Any suggestions?

Scott - What have you tried or has your urologist recommended anything that could get that "old", full erection back. Did you have a Priapism episode?

Hi Scott - Did the quality of your erections deteriorate after surgery or radiation or both?

I haven't noticed a decrease in length or girth with trimix/bimix, but I have definately noticed an increased curvature over the 4 months since robotic prostatecomy. My curvature is still mild but I am watching it closely to see if it gets any worse. I have 2 more months of "penile rehabilitation" to go,  ie small dose Viagra and 2x/wk bimix/trimix solutions. After that I'm just going to try and use a big pill of levitra, cialis, or viagra to try and get away from these injections to try and minimize further bending. In terms of treating the curvature of penis my surgeon wasn't very helpful, he did tell my to take 800 units of Vitamin E/day which I do now, but that was about. Through my own investigation I found out there is a device you can wear on your penis a couple hours/day over 6 months to "stretch" the curvature, caused by scarring, out of your penis. This is not a wacky idea and is recommended by respected urologists. The urologist who recommended was even on TV, on that nauseating show "The View" talking about. Its called the extend device. I hope I never have to use it because it looks like a lot of work to use it, I may just give up the injections before I do that............prostate CA survivor

Thanks guys. But now I really feel screwed. When trying to find the initial, workable dose of Trimix, my Urologist gave me a "Full Insulin Syringe". 1cc. That resulted in a return visit 3 hours later and required 4 injections and a painful "Squeeze Down" process by the Urologist. What could have been damaged during this process? My current Trimix erections are stiff enough for intercourse but the 7.5" girth (measured by circumference) and 7.75" lenght (measured from pelvic bone to tip of penis) are gone. I live in San Diego and also want to know what type of Medical professional deals exclusively with issues like mine? This is not a macho thing. My wife and I have always had a very passionate and satisfying love life. The passion is still there but obviously I feel different to her and I don't have the sensation or ability to have those intense orgasms that produce ejaculate. If I have to live with it, so be it. No implants for me. I just need a Pro to assess and provide a diagonosis. HELP!
