Steve, unfortunately no site like that exists. It is up to every man to assess whatever treatment matches up best for him based on his individual case of prostate cancer and the abilities of any given physician. Your goal is the same as any man newly-diagnosed with prostate cancer - to be cured of the cancer. You're right to look for documented information on how well an individual physician treats prostate cancer. A couple things for you to keep in mind - you want to judge each doc by the percentage of his patients that achieve PSA 0.2 ng/ml 10 years after treatment - even the radiation docs (don't trust the ASTRO definition). In order for a doc to answer this question, he must track all his patients on a regular basis; if he doesn't, he is simply guessing as how well he treats prostate cancer.
Some of the most notable practitioners out there who track their results are Dr. Patrick Walsh at Johns Hopkins and Dr. Frank Critz at Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia. Walsh is a surgeon who pioneered the nerve-sparing RP, and Dr. Critz developed a radiation procedure called ProstRcision that combines brachytherapy and IMRT external beam. Each has superb documented results at PSA 0.2 ng/ml.
Ultimately, it boils down to what procedure and physician will do the best job with your individual case of cancer. Remember, the choice is yours, not your docs, so keep doing your homework.
