A vacuum erection device used with constrictor BAND/BANDS (not the rings) should stop any leakage you describe and give him a sufficient erection. See   http://www.firmastore.com/ for a picture of the bands and rings. While I use the injection method most of the time, I also use the vacuum erection device (ved)with a constrictor BAND or two! Note that both rings and bands give out after multiple use just like a normal rubber band does. ( The constrictor bands are basically rubber bands.) They are folded over the ved tube and then slipped off onto the base of the penis once the erection is created by vacuum.

No erection and urine at orgasm is quite normal at two months+ out. There is a good chance that both will improve with time and practice. Pulling a big Kegel at orgasm might help too -- it did me.

Give it time. It's stilll early yet and one question I have is, did the Doc take the nerve bundles, or were they spared? My doc took a wide swath from the left side, since that was where the cancer was prevalent. It has taken some time, but, I'm finding things are getting back to normal. Whatever that is. VED along with ED drugs do help and it alll comes down to practice. My wife and I pick a night to give it a shot and the anticipation of that actually does help. Go figure, as I used to be a "regular" guy, the adjustment makes the moment more meaningful and enjoyable.
So, be patient. Good things come to those that wait.

Sorry. I forgot to mention that if he urinates before you guys get going it will help. Stand there and go..go..go. Lying on his back will also help as will the bands.

Thank you all for your advice and suggestions. I forgot to mention, that his nerves were spared, and his doctor has yet to precribe ED medications. I had noticed that members started early on with Cialis, Viagra,ect. We have an appointment first week of June for his first PSA reading, and regular checkup. Is it normal to hold off on giving these meds for three months after surgery? Thanks once again,, Take care all..

My urologist purposely waited till the first 3 months post surgery checkup to schedule the "ED Talk" with me. He was totally amazed when I told him that I didn't have any need at that time, because I was getting natural usable errections on my own. I still wonder if my 2 month plus on the catheter helped in some odd way,or the fact they he never traumatized the right side nerve bundle (as he couldn't physical reach it due to difficulties), or he was just one heck of a surgeon. He definitely was humbled enough not to take any credit, but he's that kind of doctor.
