Hi...New`here...Had a keyhole,nerve sparing prostatectomy in Dec 08....Incontinence went away after 2 months...Had Cialis low dose/once a day for seven months. to keep blood flowing ...Found that highest dose Levitra worked best,with least side effects for ED.I also use rubber penis rings both on the shaft and behind the scrotum..Erections are usable but are short-lived and require a lot of stimulation,both physical and mental..Orgasm is variable from nothing much to reasonable.Some are better than before.. Quality of orgasm depends on how I have been looking after myself  ..Use a pump most days, for exercise of the penis...I did not take the injection path as I have a fear of needles...My question relates to penis length..In the flaccid state my penis is half the size it was..sort of pulled in..Erection length is shorter also..maybe 20 % less...Is anyone aware of effective treatments for my stumpy flaccid member.....I have found that the pump has stretched my skin around the glans,but has not provided any length..My urologist tells me to go away when I bring it up......Thanks Jack

I would try a high quality VED and get into a routine of 10 to 15 minutes a day active use. The VED's at the sex shops or online are not the best help for getting your length back. I developed Peyronies Disease after using Trimix so now I'm on the PD Forum besides this one.

Many of the men on the PD Forum use a Three Tube VED and a 26 week Protocol developed by a Urology Clinic in Birmingham, AL. The Three Tube VED has three tubes of different sizes that fit inside each other, you start with the smallest diameter and move up to a larger one as your body recovers. There are both manual and battery powered models.

After using one for about 6 weeks, I can definitely tell a difference in that my scar tissue has stopped growing and I am regaining some length back. The VED that I'm using will cost about $225.

I can give you the name/model of the brand if you are interested

Thanks HB....Please send name of your VED and web location for purchase...I looked at one VED..Osbon .. Erecaid .. They want nearly $700...Mind you I live in Australia and I guess there are distributor costs etc....Our Health Care is quite good in Australia ,but not for impotence..You are on your own..Pay $120 for 8 Levitra.....Anyways Thanks for the help....Jack

hb, My e-mail is active please send the info on the 3 tubes. I have the osborn. Have not heard about a 3 tube system before.

Hey Jacknoon, I'm sorry pal, if you had anything visible, you had more than me. Mine looked like a second navel after the surgery. I thought I'd gotten a pen*sectomy instead of a protatectomy.
Now that the swelling is down I've at least got something to aim but I won't be scaring any women with it.
The Augusta comes with two inserts that fit into the tube to give you three diameters. I've named them P, A , and W. I start off with the P (pathetic) insert, and after about 2 minutes go to the A (adequate) insert. Never used the W (wishful thinking) size as it is big enough to engorge my left leg.

Here is the link to the best of the sites that I have found that are for Peyronies Disease patients. You are correct in that there are all sorts of questionable web sites out there for PD. This forum is very similar to HealingWell but dedicated solely to PD. If you look up the VED posts, you will find a discussion of the 26 week protocol and a link to a company that sells the Augusta Medical VED for $225.

Hi Jack, The only thing that will get it back to normal lenght is regular rock hard erections either natural or by other means. 18 months post nerve sparing mine is back to normal. It is a little bit of a shock right after surgery to see it shrink so much. I am fortunate to have regained my natural erections and lenght. It takes a while to recover from the trauma and surgical cutting but it can return to normal. Best of luck to you.
