Went to see Dr. Chin in London today to have the catheter removed. That was the easy part.

I have posted most of the path. report in my signature below. If any of you can understand some of it, I'd be most appreciative should you be able to give me

some (in English) details.

Dr. Chin is scheduling an appointment with the radialogist

to get his input: either radiation or more hormone treatments. (Lupron) It will likely be 10-12 weeks before I get to find out more.

glad you got your cath out at last, that has to feel better. your pathology report, it is what it is, hope you do well with it, and continue with your overall recovery.

Hi Jerry, The good news is it seems to be localaized. The next step is see the radiologist, so you are on the right track. The extraprostatic extension and resection margins are a concern, but again if localized, you have some options. Keep us posted on your progress. And stay positive! Bill in San Diego

Hi Jerry

Glad to hear you finally got the cath out now comes the work of getting the control back. Brad is just about 3 months post op and is now 4 days pad free. He has worked hard on his kegals you you get working on yours and you too will get control really soon.

Sorry so see your path report isn't the best but one step at a time and deal with what you are dealt. I'm sure you and Deb are in shock again so I feel for you both but stay positive you will beat this.
