Hi Everyone,

Wanted to post my good news and hopefully my update will give a brighter outlook to the ones diagnosed with a relatively high PSA (17).

Just had my one year PSA and its still undetectable. This time, didnt have that much PSA waiting anxiety.

Good news on the ED front too - since the 9 month mark I have been able to achieve 95% erections with viagra or cialis and now at one year sometimes even without the pills (but its still a gamble). Its not exactly the same as pre-op (as most of you know) but its definitely workable.

Thanks for the update. I was a PSA 23 guy. You can see by my stats that we are pretty close.- except for the incontinence (you lucky guy.) I hope to follow in your footsteps.

Great news. I also had very high PSA before surgery but now I am still in the zero club after one year. ED is still a problem although there is a little response (maybe 50%) with tadalafil.

Thank you all for the support. Just had my phone call with Dr Walsh to tell him my lab results and he put me on a yearly PSA check and said he expects everything to be fine from here on.
