vacuum pump - help!

Hi Mike: What kind of pump are you using. (brand) Mine is an Osborn Pump and there is an insert to put in the tube to reduce the diamiter of the tube. I use it first with the insert to plump things up then remove the insert to finish. If you are a hairy guy you need to trim up (manscape) It is the new thing :). Position the tube tight against the body and hold it there while you pump.

I bought the Osbon ErecAid Classic (2 part pump) a couple of years ago when I was struggling with ED. I have used it with and without the sizing insert and had no problems. It works best with the insert. However, I do have to be careful to make sure that it is positioned toward my navel as much as possible. In other words, make sure that it is positioned against the underside of the penis instead of centered. That makes sure that it dies not pull your testicles in. At least that works for me. I think that the cylinder size is the same size for yours and the classic.

Go slow. Pump, let it rest for 30 secs to a min, then pump 2 or 3 more pumps. etc.

if you try to pump it up all at once, it will suck your a**hole in if you keep pumping.

As the saying goes .. "when you have em by the b*lls their hards and minds will follow" or something like that.

So the number one rule is, you gotta grab as much scrotal skin you possibly can with one hand and stretch it down a bit during the whole pumping process. You let up any time and things will start slinking into the tube for sure. But if it does just back down the vacuum so you can get it out again.

I think the Erecaid can by held and pumped with one hand leaving the other free for scrotum duty so you should be good to go with that. And Manscape for sure -- as a side benefit everyone will like that silky smooth skin.

I don't have the Osbon and am kind of glad I don't since it seems pretty gimmicky. The Encore model I use is pretty nice -- either battery or manual -- and is about 1/4 the price of an Osbon (and none of that Needs Prescription nonsense). It has been going full daily duty cycle for 12 months now just changing batteries once a month or so. But in a tip o the hat to Osbon, I do like their rings a lot and I have been using them for over 7 months and they have not stretched out or cracked yet -- super stuff.

Good old Astro-Glide works for me for the lube (CVS generic brand to save a few bucks).

I had the same problem. My pump is by Augusta Medical and they have a toll free number to call if you have questions.
The sweetest sounding Georgia peach told me to only put lubrication on the top and sides like an upside down "u". That method and placing the unit as high up as possible seemed to work for me.

I have found that K-Y Jelly works best or a generic equivalent. It's also water soluble so it's easy to clean up with. I would also guess that your tube is too large and needs the inserts. There is a 3-tube combo unit available from Augusta Medical. Battery or hand powered, and the tubes fit inside each other. As you become more experienced with the VED, you can remove the inserts/tubes.

The guys on the Peyronies Disease forum have found it to be the best. There is a also a 26 week of Pump Exercises that have been developed.
