Sounds like you are doing great, Craig. Keep up the good work! Here's my suggestions for pushing over the goal line...
On the weekends, and possibly some evening hours (this is making an assumption that you are working 8-5 type job; otherwise adjust accordingly), work on "pushing yourself" by going padless around the house. Try a couple hours in the evening, or most the day Saturday & Sunday. Don't be afraid of a few leaks, but try to do the Kegel 'clinching' when you stand up or move your body in awkward positions when you might tend to 'squirt.' If you go out, wear a pad again. The whole idea is to "push yourself" a little more now that you are getting close.
After 6-weeks, you might have also gotten clearance from your doctor to start some physical exertion. If so, while wearing a pad, try some "core" exercises while integrating Kegels. Quantity isn't as important as technique. Try 5 sit-ups like this: clinch, lift up, return down, release clinch, then repeat.
best wishes...
Remember: push yourself
