Relationship between ambient temperature and incontinence

Guys,
You know me. I have more data on incontinence than the Mayo clinic and more plots and subplots than "The Godfather".
Well, I made a discovery this week. Over the past few days, as the weather turned warmer, I have noticed that when my scrotom is sagging I have no control. Kegels do nothing. I have to change pads often. When the ambient temp is cold and my boys are trying to stay warm by pulling up "inside the house" my incontinence is much better. Still 160 ml/day but at least kegels work long enough to get me to a toilet. On hot days I will dump the full load before i can get 10 step.
Has anyone else noticed this correlation? Sagging sack - no control. Tight sack - manageable control?
You guys in Florida don't count since it is always warm there (unless your A/C stat is stuck). I'm talking to fellow cheapskate Northerners who keep their thermostats so low our wives look forward to hot flashes.

Jeff I live in Las Vegas and we have cold days in winter and we get hotter than an atom bombs a...well you get the point. Obviously you have talked to your doctor about possible stricture?

Hey Goodlife,
If you run the refrigeration unit on solar you might have a product there. A mini-fridge compressor uses about 75 watts so I figure 3 square feet of solar collectors should do it.
You can call it the "Continence Sombrero". Continence with SPF 100. Sure, people laugh now but when they're having squamish cells removed by their demotologist they'll wish they had one.
I'd do the first marketing study in the Pines at Boca Vista in Broward County.

There really does seem to be a correlation by the way.

I will be scoped out on June 12. As long as my data curve keeps heading downward I will not agree to a sling. The linear curve fit shows a decrease of 1.05 ml per day. The second order polynomial shows me flattening out in a month or two. 150 ml day, forever. Rats.

I suppose I could start taking cold showers, too. It got to 76 degrees here. I don't know how you guys stand it.

Gee, once it hits 80F here, I have the central A/C, can handle any cold temp (former NH days), but have no tolerance for any kind of heat. A/C has been on a lot lately.

Now I understand. My confusion came from your definitions of "cold" and "warm". What is cold for you is freezing for me. What is warm for you is cool for me. Of course the "jewels" are going to retract when it's 65, or freezing, in your house. Then it gets to a relatively civilized temp, 75, which is nice and cool but the jewels see that as "warm" and want to come out and play. Other than that I am unable to come up with even one of my crack-pot half-baked theories.

75 deg is civilized? We start taking of clothes then. My ancestors swung from trees in Northern Russia. I'm a hairy guy. Got it everywhere except for that shiny spot on top. If only I could do a butt transplant.
In the winter we keep that stat as low as possible. We try to send as little money to Achmed or Abduhl .

Yesterday, avg temp 75, I leaked about 250 ml. Today, avg temp 68-69, looks like will end up a 150 ml day.

It may be cold in the winter but the summers here are gorgeous. Think I could justify a trip to Oz as incontinence therapy?

Jeff, if you did that transplant you just mentioned, would that make you a "butt head"? Just curious. lol.

I actually had the opposite result prior to becoming continent. I would actually dribble when it was cold. I also had more leaking when I needed a bowel movement, I guess, a full colon put pressure on my bladder .

That is an interesting relationship. I'll have to think about that and see if it applies to me.

I have been outside for the past 20 minutes filling the bird feeders, cleaning up some animal damage.. It was 59 deg and misting and I was wearing only my short raincoat, RedWing work boots no socks, a T shirt and my pee pad filled briefs. (How's that for an image.) The boys are nice and tight inside. Let's see how long it takes for me to start dripping.

As a science guy I try to eliminate as many unknown variables as possible. Fluid intake is controlled. I mark the calendar 1,2, or 3 for activity level: quiet, normal or active.
Even if I had an orgasm.

Correlations can prove almost anything. One man in 12 has some form of prostate cancer. Of the guys who check this site daily, 92% have PCa. Therefore, of the guys reading this note, the odds of them having PCA are more than 10 times the general population. Don't tell the EPA or NIH. They would shut this site down. ;-)
