Good article David. I think exercise gave me some control over my life, but I like her line about
it giving cancer the middle finger.

Good article and it is never too late to start, being retired, it really is my main activity. The physical benefits are well documented, especially , cardio training. To me the physcological benefits are even greater. As some body said, its like taking an shower for your insides.
