Two year update - very good news

My latest PSA @ 26 months is still <0.1.  I have been a very lucky man so far.  PSA screening and early detection worked.  My surgery was trouble free,  I have been leak free/pad free for two years and ED is no worse (nor better) than it was before surgery.   Bi-mix has worked well.   I am almost 74 now and enjoy very good health.  However,  I must say that I may be close to peaking.

Peaking at 74, not bad at all. Great report but just maybe you might have more peaks to climb.

If we assume a peak has equal sides, then living to 148 is something to look forward to.

So glad to hear that your PSA remains under control.

Thanks for the replies.  It is encouraging to see others with high gleason scores doing well.  Goodlife, I really like your optimism.  I know that I have been very lucky so far.  I have a lot of empathy for those of you who are having so many problems.  It seems like so many young men are being dx.  I don't believe I even knew I had a prostate gland at age 45, much less knew where it was.   Thanks again.
