Bob,
I don't blame any of you or the other guys needing the drugs to buy it that way, outside the mainstream. There's no legit reason the drugs should be refused to be paid by our insurance groups. It's not like its for some run down drunk that can't get it up, and wants it just for recreational purposes, for post PC men, with ED, the meds are critical in their recoveries, and the insurance firms should be able to plainly see that. Big difference.
But if I needed them, my only hesitency, would be buying outside the standard loop of the FDA, just kind of run on the paranoid side when it comes to meds. When I buy something at Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart, etc, I don't sit around worrying about impurities in the drugs, or if what is on the label is different from what is in the bottle. But that's just me.
The only good thing to report, is that in the past 10 years, so many meds have become generic, and the cost of everyday prescription meds for many people have dropped so much in price, down to the free to 10 dollar range. I have been on Ambien for more than 10 years, I can remember paying even with insurance at one point, $160 USD a month for it way back then, now, its just a $10 drug. I figured the other night, that all the drugs I need right now, including pain meds, etc, are costing me just barely more than a dollar a day.
For all those in need, I wish something could be done about the ED meds. It's extortion right now, the prices. I feel for anyone that has to pay the price or circumnavigate the system to buy them. But you got to do what you got to do.
