Always great news to hear someone is on the healing side of the surgery! Make sure your little one keeps those handle bars away from Grandpa's leg bag. She's reaching her own tiny milestone...

Jasmine sounds like a cutie, Fairwind.  We watch two of our Grandchildren ages 2 & 3 years.  Ron made a decision not to let them see his bag (overnight) , so I went to my daughter's house to watch them.  Right now he has low energy and is waiting a bit longer before we can watch them at our house.  He takes more naps than they do!

Bother, I KNOW the feeling...Read Walsh's book, pages 381-385...Your G-7, 4+3, might as well be G8 and My G9 (5+4) might as well be G-10...So salvage radiation is another long shot for me and a somewhat better chance for you...

A key crossroads is that 6 week PSA number..If .5 or 1.0 is the best you can do, salvage radiation is almost pointless, it's not going to work, the cats out of the bag...(I think. need to research this more) But if you can show undetectable for a few months, the longer the better, then salvage radiation might be worthwhile..

I'm with you. Accepting the side effects and cost of radiation with only a long-shot chance of success makes no sense. But you are only 51, I'm 68, so if if you have recovered completely from the surgery, taking the radiation hit might make sense for you where it would be insanity for me.. So I have a lot of studying to do...
