Vacuum pumps- worth it?

It's amazing. I got a Leupold VX2 3-9x40 rifle scope because I told her it was GFMPH! Fantastic.

Give it a try. Say: "Dear, I heard that going to the GFMPH retreat in Rochester, NY, Sept 24, 25, 26 is GFMPH." Her: "Please go! I'm tired of hearing about pee pads and PSAs and the guys on HW. Go and enjoy! Please!"

I got the manual one for $40 plus shipping and am very happy with it.  Came is a few days Airmail from England.  With enough accessories to meet the needs of most men but other items are available for extra money. 

Rings load easy, decent quality.

Just go low and slow and patiently work up to what you want.  Up, down, up down not going to full erection for a while.  You goal is different at the beginning.  Your goal is not erection but rather tissue conditioning.  The blood must flow and refilling it often helps acheive decent results after a while.  That is where we differ.  Some might be a few days, some weeks and others months.

Be patient and do not hurt yourself struggling to reach an erection of old too quick.  Healing from damage takes weeks.

So go easy and give youeself the best chances of success.

if you pump a couple times a day for therapy, when the time comes for intercourse, your penis will be conditioned to fill quickly and fully. After you slip on the constriction ring, you will lose some firmness jsut from the short break in the seal. Put the pump back with - over the ring - and slowly pump back up ...even fuller than your normal size. What you are looking for with a VED is what John Marchello from usamediquip calls a 'super erction'. larger girth, and the skin on the glans of the penis should be taut and tight. That is where the most sensation will come from during intercourse and can deliver incredible orgasms.

I'm on my second pump in almost 4 years. Just got back on the needle which I do a half cc and 50 mg Viagra. The pump may take some practice, but for us, it was wroth it.

There are alternatives to the rubber constriction bands you need to consider.  I have found that alternatives make all the difference, between a =mouse trap feeling and a controllable band,  Ask and you shall receive

The "rings" that came with my pump were useless, but I have had good success with office rubber bands doubled over. Adjust the tension by adding or removing a band.

I have used, and had good success with the Osbon pump. I (as others have said) have combined it with Viagra. And, i agree that in the morning is best (not tired, and before eating anything, so as to not interfere with the Viagra, which has best effects on an empty stomach). The only issue that i have with the pump (and the rings) is the "bend" point where the ring constricts the blood flow.
