How long does your erection last - after an Injection ? At what point do i go to the hospital?

I use .3 ml of bimix.  Lasts for about 1 and a half to 2 hours then subsides.  The mixture that I use is labeled 1/4 Pav on the bottle.  I am not exactly sure what that means but I think after the initial try in the office (which lasted too long) they reduced the strength by changing the proportion of the mixture.  So far I've used it about 50 times with fairly consistant results.  I didn't like the 28 gauge 1/2" needles that they gave me so I bought some 31 gauge, 5/16" long insulin syringes from Walgreens.

Hello all... haven't posted here in quite awhile, but was actually going to ask a similar question myself and came across this thread.

I use bimix, and it works great. I used to take .5 ml, which produced erections that were generally around 3 to 4 hours. I have noticed, however, with the last few refills from my pharmacy, that an injection of .3 ml lasts quite awhile... well over 4 hours... over 6 hours or more.

My prolonged erections have not been painful. The first time, I woke up and kind of panicked, and went for a walk with ice on it. After I made up my mind to go to the hospital (I had called the doctor on call also), it finally started to subside.

I don't notice any damage, no sign of Peyronies or scarring.

I believe the best solution is to produce orgasms... it may take 2 or 3 spaced out. I find this works much better than ice, walking or sudafed.

I know after 4 hours we are supposed to worry, but since I didn't have pain, I haven't been *very* concerned yet, but I do try to keep a watchful eye.
