Just one piece of info. I started off doing kegals with the routine recommended by my urologist, Dr Catalona. He suggests doing sets of 10 reps 4 or 5 times per day. The local urologist I'm using for follow-up has a different regimen. She has me tightening my kegal muscle and holding it for 5 full seconds, but being sure to continue to breath, then after 5 seconds relax slowly over about
3 seconds. I do 2 sets of 3 reps about
2 or 3 times per day. I'm not sure whether or not that's a big factor in my results, but it might be worth trying if you want to try a different routine.
