Thanks guys for your reply I have gone off the injections and just recently got a vacume pump still trying to get the hang of it  excuse the pun. Does anyone know the cock ring, does is it work better on the base of the penis or around the Penis and scrotum.

As CJ mentioned, Franktalk.com will give you the details on rings and things.
But I was just checking and their section on Rings did not even mention the best of all rings (although the Pumps side did show a pix). That is the Osbon Ring. These are the best you can get (although a little expensive at $15 or more each). But they literally last forever -- I have some I've used well over a year, daily and still are as good as new. The ones that come with most pumps are translucent silicone and they stretch out or get nicked and start to tear.

Also, one other item mentioned there is the Foam Penile Sleeve.
As gimmicky as it looks, it really works as mentioned on the site.
It completely eliminates the pinching and irritation of the rings, plus mostly eliminates the swivel joint effect. Makes things practically comfortable and sproingy -- who ever said that about pumping, yah?

One thing tho about the sleeve, because it is thick material, i think it will negate the Osbon Ring effects a bit (the little bumps that press on the dorsal veins). But overall the sleeve is still a benefit I think.

Happened to me also. Just one bend but reduced girth from the point of the bend, about mid shaft, onward. One of the drugs in Trimix, papaverine, is known to cause fibrosis. At this point I get a more consistant responce from Viagra than I did 18 months ago when I started using Trimix, but it is short of being "usable". I have to wonder if the I hadn't developed fibrosis from the Trimix whethe Viagra would be working at this point....
