Suddenly leaking again- anyone got ideas why? was No Subject

I am 18 months post robotic surgery.I was down to a pad once a day for protection purposes only I am suddenly leaking again.ED is still a problem.You folks think i could damage the spincter muscle by minupation of the penis.

Are you leaking when just standing or when getting up out of a chair etc? Are you now on several pads a day?

I would have it checked out by a uro. It might be nothing but better to be safe.

You can never go wrong asking a doc/uro about something like this.

There were some people who had a bit of extra leaking when they were using a pump for their ED, do you fall into that category too perhaps?

     Are you using injections for ED?  I have noticed some leaking the day after a Trimex night. Feels like the pelvic mucsles are tired.

Do you ride a bicycle or anything that could be putting pressure in the scrotum area? At my work we ride tricycle type bikes to carry tools and I have noticed some leaking after a day at work and decided to just walk my bike from job to job and leaking has mostly diminished.

Did you undergo RT.

I have heard that sometimes those effects introduce themselves a year after the treatments end.
