First post ever hope it works. It has been just a little over 2 yrs since my surgery. I have tried most of the oral meds with no success. I also tried injections. They worked but it hurt so bad I quit. In the last month I have had 2 erections during the night but that has been it. Have any of you been in a similar situation and did you show any improvement after 2 years?

Soccerdad, welcome to the forums. Many of us here have ED so you are in good company. It's good news about
the nocturnal erections as that means things are still improving.
For injections, consider Bimx. That can give results that are as good as Trimix/Caverject but without the ache.
I am almost three years after non-nerve sparing RRP and did notice some small improvements between 2 and 3 years, but now expect that I am about
as good as I will ever be. I rely solely on the pump now and get good results with it.
I expect others will be along shortly to share their experiences...
