Sad day for me

Yesterday I lost my beloved niece to liver and lung cancer. She faught a good fight for 3 years with chemo and surgery but lost the war. She was 52 years young.

It is amazing how much more I am tuned in to any kind of cancer, and also more aware of the effect it has on family and loved ones.

My condolences to you and your family as well. I guess the only good thing we can say is that the suffering for her is over.
