Indian Cialis and Viagra

My last order (Levitra) from ADC was here in about a week. Not problems and just as good as the expensive name brand stuff.

It is tadalfil for Cialis and Vardenafil for Levitra. I can't remember what it is for Viagra. It takes me about 2-3 weeks to get an orde form All Day Chemist.  However, we usually order 12 - 15 different items.  The only difference I have noticed about the Indian meds is the cost.

I can also vouch  for ADC. On the package it says:" Sildenafil Citrate",

Great price for us Canadians, however, it takes about 2-3 weeks to receive the orders. Shipping cost for any size order is about $25 if I remember correctly. The total cost for a years supply came to about $75.

Be patient, Questions.........I was at the 8-9 month mark before I started to notice any real progress. But I continued to take the ADC Viagra every day for blood flow---------it's tough to be patient, but in time you'll start to see some results

Someone here has already warned me about customs but I thought it was worth a try, specially if they arrest her.

There are a couple of downsides here: if they arrest your wife they will also confiscate your pills. And secondly they will eventually release her.

- the indian companies - all day chemist - and reliable rx pharmacy ( for Canadian purchasers) sell to Germany and other European , and some of language on the pill packs are in two languages....

- it is my understanding if the nerve bundles were removed, the pills would be on no use at all... and only if there was nerve-saving surgery - one or two bundles - the pills would have an effect - as the nerves reconnect and communicate ...


- also , do keep in mind the possible side effects of viagra, etc, do read up on them - you don't want to be stuck the rest of your life with tinnitus (I am due to double whammy of effects from Cipro and Viagra/cialis )

In theory, according to my surgeon, there may remain some nerves that still could function even if they do not attempt nerve-sparing.

But I was told thet the general ED med question is separate from the nerves - it is a rehab effort to keep blood flowing so that willy doesn't drop off. You might want to keep him around for shots or to stuff an implant in -

how do you cut them? I had trouble cutting the U.S. versions ( using a butter knife) which are bigger than the indian ones.

I get no side effects whatsoever anymore so can stick to 20mg every other day. I guess it best to time it so you take it the days you intend to actually use them but that's difficult to do after 20 years marriage...

Now what do I do with the boatload of generic viagra I got along with the cialis? Cialis works so hesitant to switch, but am curious to see if Viagra works even better. Getting greedy here.

Can I take one a day for 3 months or is it dangerous to take 20mg every day? I seem to recall my nurse saying they last 36 hours.

I guess if I split them in half and take 10 mg a day it would turn into a 6 month supply.

I'm kind of enjoying my dry orgasms so wouldn't want to ruin them with hot flashes during climax.

I do want to try the viagra at some point though.

I recall seeing a trial where they took a large daily dose of Cialis (something like 5 x 20 mg pills per day), without negative effects, so one a day could be OK, but at present there is only FDA approval for 5 mg daily Cialis, so 20 mg daily might be a bit over the top, especially when taking into account residuals as discussed below.

I initially tried a third of a 20 mg pill daily, but had side effects, mostly lower back and hip pain. I could live with the stuffy nose and acid reflux, but not the back pain. I went back to a fifth of a pill (4 mg fragment) per day for 18 months and that worked great.

Then 6 weeks ago I started daily Avodart and found that 4 mg of daily Cialis was not quite enough. I upped the dose slightly to 5 mg (quarter of a pill) and back on track.

If you want to try a daily dosage, I would start on 5 mg and see how it goes. If you need more, go for a third of a pill. Then only if needed, go for a half. Sometimes it is a delicate balance between getting the job done and avoiding side effects.

What you have to remember when embarking on a daily Cialis program (or V or L) is the residual buildup from the previous days' dosages. As for the mathematics, using the 17.5 hour half life for Cialis, and when taking into account the previous days' residuals, if a daily dose of X mg is taken, after reaching equilibrium that takes about 5 days, the body concentration of Cialis has a daily cyclic variation between 0.67X mg and 1.67X mg. So taking 5 mg every day gives a peak daily concentration of 8.33 mg. And at the extreme, if you took a full 20 mg pill every day, your peak concentration would get to 33.3 mg, which I think would be above any prudent level.
