I am going through the same situation. (DaVinci, IGRT; <0.01 06/10, 0.02 10/10, 0.096 04/11
I have been advised, outside of my uro's practice. to find a good medical oncologist (am in process with that).
My Uro considers failure to mean three consecutive increases (over .1), so for him I am not there yet.
Others will say that you have to get to 0.2.
I expect my next offered option will be HT. Not a pleasant thought.
