Hi guys... sorry it's been a while since I've posted here... but I wanted to stop by to check in. It's been 1 year now since my surgery... darn if I didn't gain the weight back that I lost, but I guess in a way that's a good thing.
One year PSA is still 0.00... and looking forward to many more. Zero incontinence still, but the ED progress is still a bit slow. Viargra works... I cut the pill in half cause the full 100mg make my head feel likes it's gonna fall off... and I mean the one on my shoulders. There is some discomfort when the pill kicks in....feels a little sore but then it goes away. Without it, there is some improvement from 6 months ago. Hoping that within another six I can get back to somewhat normal without the pill.
My best friend who had the same surgery from the same surgeon 1 month after I did is showing a slight up tick in his PSA... he was 0.01 and 3 months ago was 0.03 and yesterday (1 yr later) came in @ 0.05. I know it's still soon to really worry... but the trend obviously doesn't seem good.
All in all, everything is going very well and I'm very optimistic toward the future.
Keep fighting the fight and I wish you all the very best!
Love you guys for all the support
Be well!
