Mary here,
Haven't had a chance to post lately but just wanted you to know that Willie is still truckin' along.
Things have been a bit difficult lately and I would appreciate any prayers/good karma/positive thoughts for Willie.
We head back to chemo, again, later today.
For whatever reason, Willie feels and acts much better when on chemo.
As you know, he had to stop it for a few months to sort out his lung problem.
Recently, it was stopped due to some bleeding issues but he was cleared on Monday, to resume treatment.
He seems to go right downhill without the chemo and bounces right back after a couple of treatments.
I pray that that happens yet again, he needs a bit of a boost in order to keep on, keeping on.
Willie has had some challenges of late but he wants everyone to know that he did get to give one of our daughters' hand in marriage last month, something he wasn't sure he'd live to see. This pleased him greatly!!
We don't know how much longer we have together, it's been over a year since he was declared hormone refactory, but we do make the most out of each day. :)
Hope you all remain well.
Mary

Mary,
Thank you very much for checking in with us. Our blessings go out to you and Willie. How great it is to see that he was involved in your daughter's wedding. Thank you for sharing the wonderful spirit you both seem to have, it surely puts a lot of our own issues into perspective.

Dear Mary, and Willie,
Many thanks for posting and letting us know where Willie is at.
You ask for prayers / good karma / and positive thoughts for Willie. Be assured I send bushels of each to both of you. Especially, I pray the chemo again gives Willie a boost.
When you get a chance, please do update us.

Mary,
Thoughts and prayers to you and Willie.
Will be praying extra hard for the chemo to give Willie the boost he needs.
Also, was smiling through tears as I read of Willie giving his daughter's hand in marriage.
Be blessed...
