I called my doctors office this morning and requested an order for a PSA

test at the Copley out-patient center.  I hopped on my motorcycle and drove over there at lunch time.  I had my blood drawn.  They sent it over to their lab for chemistry work.  The nurse gave me the form to fill out to

be able to pick up my results on the way home.  I swung by on the way home and turned in the form.  In a couple of minutes I had my latest

result.   0.82

So far, so good.

Congratulations on your continued trend downward of your PSA. Isn't it great to get your results so quickly? My Uro does the test in the office during my appt. and in 10-15 mins you have the results. Minimizes that anxiety a little.

 Great news Fultilt your PSA numbers are trending like my retirement fund portfolio, down down down, I just hope you hit zero before my funds do.

number sounds good fulltlt!  you can compare your turnaround time with my last one: gave Thursday afternoon, and heard by phone on Monday...Joplin's still trying to get their act together...oh well

wishing you lower and lower numbers...

Does a zero in the ones' place count towards admission to the zero club?

Sorry Fultilt but the minimum requirement for admission is <.1, but you will bethere soon with your results. smilewinkgrin   Besides we like new members as they have to buy the drinks in the clubhouse bar.

The bar tab isn't as bad as you'd extect at the Zero Club with many of the guys avoiding alcohol due to incontinence issues. smilewinkgrin

Incontinence or not, I'm not avoiding the alcohol, Snowbound. I just have to hit the restroom more frequently which is not a problem since in the time it takes me to empty my bladder, my friends haven't even unzipped. No prostate has at least that benefit.

way to go friend and I fully expect the next test to send you to the exclusive zero club. Matter of fact I might just go ahead and send out your dues package so you can pay up haha.
