AMS 700 implant

I am 15 months out from my RRP. I use daily Cialis, and once a week use 20mg Levitra also once a week I use a 100mg Viagra. I have very little to no effect from them. I started having Nocternal erections months ago, now none. I have to "work" at stimulating things to get any kind of an erection, and then can not maintain it without constant work at it. The constriction rings do work well for me but are uncomfortable. I know I have to wait to the 2 year mark to know for sure what I will have as results after the RRP for the ED. But, I am starting to look into my options if things do not get much better than they are now. SO>>>> I want to hear from the guys who have had implants, particularly the AMS 700 LGX. Does it look natural when inflated? how does it feel? any other information you can add would help me on my search for information...

I had the AMS 700 CX implanted about a month ago. It is not the same as a natural erection. The gland is soft and the penis has a flat shape to it. Also, you lose some size. For me it was about 3/4 inch in length. Some of that could be gained back with an LGX, It is easy to pump up and the sensation is about the same as when I had the real thing. It does put spontaneity back in sex.
I would advise you to be patient. An implant is the final solution and there is no going back. Many have recovered a natural function after 2 years.

I got the 700lgx last jan and it works! However, from your description of your condition, it seems you still have something to work with. For me the decision was simple, I had zero so there was nothing to go back to and I didn't feel like there was any option, even VED was not working. I can't say what trade off you would be making but I second the others on satisfaction with this implant. The errections are 100% no more worries about that and the lgx is natual looking. The appearance issue was a concern for me as I did'nt want to look un-natural while flacid, I wanted to "hang" normally and it does and it is not stiff or semi errect when it is not inflated. I would say this is a very good option if you think you need to go this far. THe operation is not in fun and the healing takes about a month and then there is a "break-in" period of perhaps six months before it gets completely comfortable. Most people end up waiting maybe up to two months before sex is comfortable, or at least that is my view on it. Good luck whatever you decide.
