Be sure to check the Viberect thread over on Franktalk.org ... there's been some success mentioned there. It can't overcome RRP damaged nerves necessarily, but sometimes it can help retrain the nerves that are recovered.

Yeah, i guess a couple of cheap vibrators could do the same job but I was interested in
the viberect claims of helping nerve recovery.
I had (supposedly) both sets of nerves saved but not a dickey bird after over two years with or without any medication
except for the dreaded needle which I find impossible. The muse stuff I find easy enough but only gives a 70% erection
even at the highest dose.

I used Acuvibe over the counter vibrator made by brookstone for several years. My experience with viberect has been very positive. I used it for at least 4 months 3-4 times a week. It is much stronger and more focused, with both sides of the penis stimulated at the same time. My prostate doctor told me he is getting great results in his patients to address nerve stimulation after surgery. They are running a clinical trial at Hopkins with Viberect. I did use TENS unit too. No success there. It's like electric shock. Viberect is the only Vibrator device FDA approved for ED and penis stimulation.

John R, can you describe the use of the TENS unit? I have one and hate the SE's of Viagra and Cialis. No back pain or anything, but my sinuses swell and the head--- on my shoulders --- feels enormous for a few hours after a pill.

Does the TENS unit actually give you an erection without the use of any meds? I'd be interested in knowing pad positioning and frequencies you've used. Thanks.

Dude, We use two rubber rings that look like a pump ring, they have a single lead wire comming out of each ring, one at the base and one at base of the head. Also for a quick orgasm we use a stainless steel but plug wh a single lead and the one ring on the base of the penis head.This combo excites the prostate area and orgasm quick. settings are pulse width 100, pulse rate 100, ramp 3 seconds, rest 20 seconds, frequency 100-105 works great. about erection it builds to one, limp and when the pulse hits it is goes still and comes down during rest period, it is very good for the nerves as it actually kegals you with out you having to do anything but injoy the ride.

Dear John R. You are right. Unfortunately, men with this problem have very few options. I am surprised you saw no response at all. did you follow the stretch exercises as shown on youtube video? I was taught how to do it by a urologist, and I do it everyday before viberect. My penis is now always full of blood, like baseline blood volume in my penis is more than before. I do the viberect using the new pads, and apply it to the tips of my penis (sandwich it) and hold more pressure with the other hand. I lay down and either make out with my wife or go in deep thoughts. the Viberect after several minutes leads to incremental fullness and firmness enough for sex for me. Orgasms are crazy afterwards. I know what you mean with the frequency. For me, if it is too strong, then I would get orgasm too early and not the erection effect. With acuvibe, I was not getting there.

do you stretch the penis while vibrating? do you get the pull back effect? I have contacted the company and told them to make a real video to show the proper instructions. Did you do the viberect 3 times a day? I do it only once a day for 6-7 minutes and take cialis 10 mg or 20 mg 3 times a week.

Just got the viberect upgrade for free. It is fantastic. What a difference. It is an experience everyone should try. I had the older version, but the upgrade is so much more powerful. I am able to get a very nice erection in less time, and the pelvic tightening lasts for at least 20 minutes. I was told by my doc to use it at least once a day for 3-7 minutes. I bought it a few months ago. I have spontaneous erections now. The upgrade I am sure will be better. I will update you more. If you have the older version, just call them and they will upgrade it for free. I am glad I did it.
