In light of my recent diet and lifestyle changes I found this study that was released this week to be very interesting.

Didn't help me. I had/have perfect BMI and have never been overweight. PC is so unpredictable.
But, I definetely recommend eating right and exercising.

Didn't help me either with a BMI of 25. I was also told by my uro that skinny guys like me usually have very minor problems with incontinence, wrong. Funny, I don't consider myself skinny but I was the slimmest man in the room at my 40th high school reunion. That general rule concerning incontinence didn't apply to me either. I'm getting better but I would be unwilling to accept my current condition as acceptable for the long term. I'm sure my diet of meat almost every day of the month doesn't help.

I am over weight but my brother is thin, athletic and can lift small cars. We both have PCa
It will be interesting to see if either of us has a occurrence.
and I have starting exercising. and I've changed my diet but I've not lost much weight yet.

Speaking for myself, it's so easy to get caught up in "research overload". I fully expect to read a study about
likelihood of recurrence based on the day of the week one is diagnosed.
