No Joke, I actually asked my Uro prior to surgery if, while he was in there, there was anything he could do to add an inch or two.  This was even before I read the thread on "shrinkage".  Sadly, he told me "no".

Nevada's in second? I think it's misleading. More likely a situation where it's common practice for the gentlemen's clubs and brothels in Nevada to show credit card transactions that do not reflect the cards actual usage. For example a brothel outside of Vegas has a header on the credit card that says the transaction was with a company called "Western Best, Ltd". Don't ask me how I know this.
