They will certainly see something out of the ordinary, and if like my last trip, it will earn you an extra scan (as if we haven't had enough of those). Expect a couple of minutes more than you are used to at the scanner. The pack of pads in my carry-on got more attention. The TSA guys who were "veterans" knew what it was, but sent the poor lady who was new at the job to search my bag. I could see the snickers, and she was pretty red-faced before it was over.
It was more of an issue for her than me - I guess I could have been embarassed, but that went with the adoption of the "new normal". If I can stand in the check-out line with people's kids asking their mom why I buy diapers at the store, I can deal with about anything.
