typical PSA reduction with one week of casodex?

Katie this is why my husbands dr's said to stay off the Internet .I know exactly how you feel because I am a couple months ahead of you in this journey.As you told me don't compare and just be happy with the results.
I would cry all the time if I read something and it did not correlate with my husbands response.One thing I have learned is there are as many different results in the drop of psa as there are men that unfortunately affected by pc. i do not think any two men react the same way to any treatment.Well okay that is an exaggeration .I was question everyone and everything and it was driving me nuts.I have accept my husbands pc is advanced,that his therapy may work or not work.That it is his choice to talk about it or not.His choice how to treat it or not.I can only love him and enjoy him everyday and nudge him to be very careful on doing anything that will break a bone.There have been men that I have contact with that had initial psa tests of over 2000 with mets and are still enjoying life at 15 years into their journey .That is what I focus on when I feel the sadness start to rear it's head in mine.I say faith hope love to myself .Cause the worry can be as much of a cancer as they cancer itself.

Rodney, your numbers are exactly the reassurance I was hoping for -- it sounds like his early number is in line with yours, and wow, I hope that keeps up, since you got to -99.7%. 

And Luci, your advice is good -- let me see if I can manage to follow it!

Katie,I am about 3 months ahead of you in this journey.Our feelings I think are the same,how we handle them may be different but I know we are both scared as hell.The more time goes on you will see your husband improve.You will still always have that nagging in your head when he has an ache or pain"is this the cancer".I always say to myself" it may or may not be".If it gets bad then we will find out as fast as possible.I  am all cried out.I am tired of my days being full of worry.There is so much beauty out there,I don't want to miss it. The cancer will always be a part of our life,but it will not define it.It has made me a better person.More caring and understanding of others because you never know what others are going through.I look forward to the coming months when I can read in your comments that some of the worry is falling away......It is coming!!!!!
