Regardless of what people tell you, move very slowly with increased doses, lest you go from nothing to ER victim. I did .10, which was so-so, .11 which was almost ok for about
45 minutes, and .13, which had me on the road to the ER at 4 hours+. The doc had said it was ok to do .10, .15, then .20. I can't imagine what would have happened at .20.
I see two factors there - one is quantity, the other is stress/anxiety from the process of shoving a needle in the poor guy. Once you figure it out, and it becomes less of an issue, your stress is no longer fighting the med.
