My fourth post op PSA still undetectable. Really not a lot of anxiety for this visit. I did have a small trace of blood in the urine but Uro said it is not unusual to have some exercised induced traces as I biked 20+ miles this morning before the visit with my Uro. Will get it checked at next GP visit in August, but I'm not concerned. One more successful test in Sept and I graduate to every six months.

The Zero club membership committee is very pleased they do not have to cancel your membership and do all the associated paperwork. Congratulations on being undetectable. Now you should plan a bike ride to NY for GFMPH.

Congrats on the big fat zero! You and Terry were the hero's for yesterday.
Shoot me an email and tell me about
your bike. I have been in training for my first century.
On and I second that thought about
riding to Rochester for the GFMPH.

Great news, BD! Keep those zeroes coming.
What kindf bike do you ride? We're talking bicycle, not motorcycle, right? I have a Schwinn Prelude downstairs that I bought 15 years ago but rarely ride and a Trek hybrid that I ride more often. Great exercise.

All,
Thank you for your well wishes. I wish you all just as much if not more!!!
Clock nut - my bike is a Giant OCR Limited (carbon fiber). I agree that biking is great exercise and something that I enjoy doing, so a win-win. Good luck with your biking.
