Had lab work taken this morning and just picked up the results.

First PSA after 44 IMRT treatments 0.010

Second PSA 4 months later 0.008

Third PSA today 0.010 tongue

I'm a gleason 9 and happy with the results.

I've been leary about joining the club too soon given my stats.

After the first results I walked up to the door.

Then after the second I managed to open it a look at the group.

Now, I think I'll pull up a stool and order a round for the house!

Next week is my quartely appointments with Med. Onc & Rad. Onc.

I hope all is going according to plans.

You and I are very similar, traveling down the same path BertB...You are off to a GREAT start...The real moment of truth comes when they take you off the HT and, 6 months later, you have your first "stand alone" PSA test... For me, that happens this September...I've put it out of my mind and enjoy every day I get out of bed...

Congrats-gotta love those numbers!!pull up a stool .You will learn so much here and also get the support you need no matter what point you are in your prostate cancer state.Plus anything you have to share or to help another is welcomed.We are all in the same boat so to speak.And cheers at the bar!
