Hi Infohound,

I just wanted to mention that the Scholz/Lam practice mentioned by Southern Comfort is willing to do phone a consultation, which means you don't have to travel to get advice.

Nellie -- thanks so much. That would help immensely. I'd go anywhere to get the best solution, but the travel is more daunting to my husband, since he's not feeling great.
