She made sure i was doing Kegels correctly, she had me do sets of kegels with her finger up my rectum. She could tell the muscles were getting weak by the 10th set. She prescribed 2 sets of exercises 3 times a day 1 set is 10 kegels holding the kegel for 5 seconds then 5 seconds rest repeated 10 times. I have now increased it to 7 seconds then I will go to 10 seconds. the second set is 1 second kegels with 1 second in between. 10 of those. It is not rocket science but more then my doctor told me and it has really helped.
Wow, doing kegels with a female's finger up your ass, is this really some new type of ED therapy ??
