Not sure whether this is going to right people but here goes, I had supposedly nerve-sparing keyhole prostatectomy 2.5 years ago and now am impotent and incontinent (4+ pads daily). Couldn't face injections but I use a VED pump which works - orgasms more powerful than before! Incontinence is annoying and am about
to see consultant for artificial sphincter. My concern is how the pump will work with the sphincter. The VED inevitablly draws in a bit of scrotum, so will that cause discomfort and even pain with the AUS gadget implanted in the scrotum. And could the implant op affect libido? Anyone with ideas out there. I'm aware that many men do give up, and most doctors wouldn't have an answer because funding for research into these type of questions is not seen as a priority.
