Post Prostatectomy – Post Radiation PSA Rising…
I originally posted here back on May 30, 2012 – now my situation is becoming more focused…
2.5 years post prostatectomy; 1.5 years post – IGRT radiation, I have recently entered into the world of medical oncology for treatment.
Oncologist has me taking pomegranate extract and indicated the need for establishing consistent psa protocols as we proceed. So we have and now I will be most likely starting next week based on recent psa consistent protocols (last month 1.5 – this week 2.0) - as doc indicated, my psa doubling time looks confirmed as every 6 months (or faster).
Any suggestions for questions to be asked, general comments on possible treatment options, expectations, etc. would be greatly appreciated.__
