well we got the results earlier this afternoon......psa went from 202.1 to 152.07 yay!!!we are very happy with that we do not have another checkup for 8 weeks :/ not sure i like that idea but its how they do it i guess:/ all the rest was bad news he is showing signs of malnutrition in his blood work but he said it is to be expected since he doesn't eat much he lost more weight down to 140lbs from 162 3 months ago also he has lost alot of muscle mass and doctor said there's nothing to do about
it that trying to fix it would make things worse. ugh... we still have colonoscopy in the morning and sleep study in the pm hoping all goes well with that.. he needs some good news! he is sleeping now since he can't eat anything solid which doesnt help anything right now but make him more irritable :( thanks everyone:)for the prayers and wonderful thoughts
lota of hugs and prayers

C.C. - I am so glad he got a good result! that is is a significant drop in a month. I am sorry about
all of his other problems and hope they can be worked out.
We too don't have to go back for 8 weeks. It's kind of nice to catch a break from it. I wish you guys could too.
But let's hope that the drops are even better for our guys next time!
Keep on fighting - I am right there with you.

That is great news. A drop like that in one month is fantastic. Hopefully the trend continues.

Good news on the drop in PSA. A lot of guys and gals here are wishing nothing but the best for your husband and the success of MDV3100. Hope all is well after the colonoscopy today, it was much easier for me than my prostate biopsy.

Glad to read the good news of the continuing downward trend. Hope he gets those scheduled tests done easily and can relax and enjoy the results of that drop.
