pepsiguy- back in 2002 with some higher stats (too), the first month was something like yours (from bpsa of 46.6 at Dx), I got my psa tests monthly, I got monthly psa tests for along time, as I monitored this closely because I could with walkin psa tests for $15 and doc tests also. So, cross your fingers it is highly likely it will drop even more so but we all know you cannot trust what PCa can do, to many variables. Just checked my psa chart and I only got to 1.46 in 3 months while using ADT3 combo drugs, too. It did go lower to .86 and after like 5 months I started my radiations protocols and it went lower post radiations, nadir psa was like 6 months post radiations. My nadir was .06 which was somewhat encouraging, but not the ultimate low we look for and rose thereafter.
