Just any arguments Bud... I try and avoid these as they involve people's strong views with an experience I don't have, as well as I avoid (or try to avoid) making comments about
options etc.. what works and what doesn't. If my hubby were involved, he might participate more than I in those discussions, but I don't .. that's all I was saying. We (hubby and I) also had an agreement when I took this up (membership of the forum) that I would discuss anything but not ED. That was my boundary, but I have broken that one several times when members have asked about
natural recovery of ED and any meds which my hubby used, or had used in the short-term. I also broke it earlier before surgery when I had an urgent question, and was grateful for all the responses from some very sensitive men who understood the question.
I nearly get involved at times in the regular PSA debates, and was most upset when that epidemiologist from Australia started commenting on screening, caused a sensation, and then went back to his field of expertise (tobacco) ignoring the outcomes of his contibution to the Pca debates (for one example of what I stayed out of) ... Instead, when I have completed by own PhD (in a year), I am going to make an appointment to see him for a personal, face-to-face conversation to relate my views on that publication. I assume he will meet with me since we are at the same uni, both Australian, and his work was discussed on an international forum of which I am now a 'Veteran'. So instead of commenting here, I will do that in person and mainly ask about his personal experience of knowing people with Pca. That's all I was saying about not getting involved in some things here Bud. I don't always trust my own opinions since I am not a guy, but I do enjoy reading other women's comments particularly those with great knowledge, like the guys.
Hugs to you too Bud! Sorry if I appeared confusing (that's too much study my end!)
cheers & stay well Raddadpa, Lana
