Not much has changed. High-end/high-price models are fine if insurance is participating, otherwise some of the simple varieties are fine. They may not have a lifetime warranty, but the replacement cost is low.
You might want to look at www.franktalk.org, which covers a lot of ED issues that can't be discussed in detail here because of the general audience.
Also, the purpose is important. If you are using it (as I am) for rehab only, the factors around bands and use of the bands isn't an issue. If you are using it for intercourse, the better brands are better. I use the TIMM ErecAid Esteem, which I did get covered under insurance.
I understand that high deductible. Mine is $3300. Made a run to the pharmacy today to refill everything I could under this year's rules. Pity is that since PCa came into the picture, I hit it every year by April or May.
