Chrissy,
As so many have typed here, we are so sorry for your loss. May you find true comfort in knowing that his suffering is truly over with. And, you are his hero for being there and loving him when he needed it most.
May God bless you and your's.

Chrissy,
So very sorry that your husband's journey has come to an end. I'm sure the love and care that you gave him helped him as he left this world and entered a place without pain and suffering. Please remember all the great love and experiences that you shared, and know that these things helped him through his illness. May God bless you and your Family.

Oh how my heart aches for you. Your words from the December posting was so much like what my husband would say to me and I to him My eyes are so full of tears that I can hardly read what I am trying to write but my heart goes out to you and I hope that you will have peace knowing that "he" is in a better place, no more pain, now he is sleeping in the arms of our Lord. We are in the "lonely place" for awhile until we understand what and where we are to be with our life without "the love of our live".
I will be where you are and hating the thought of it, but it is inevitable with the degree of the cancer in my husband. We currently have our house up for sale, because I will not live here without him and trying to decide what or where to live, near the children or near medical facilities, etc.
Why does this decease do this to our loved ones, hurting all of those involved with that life? Please, please we must find a cure, so we can stop this plague and save those lives....
My husband and I will think of you and your husband in our morning devotional and wish peace to you!
