Trimix Question

Forget about what Tiger just suggested. Make sure you get out of there as soon as possible and have your Missus waiting in the car with the motor running. You can always worry about the ER afterwards...

Cw: I too had a very long erection the first time with trimix. I ended up using a quarter of the first dose for a good 30-40 minute erection. I would drop the dose to .07 or.08.

Trimix can wake up the nerves and you will probably have to continue to drop the dose as you use it.

I'll edit in some more info now that I'm at a computer with a real keyboard:

Doses do vary a lot. First off my trimix is low dose which is half of most users blend of 30mg/1mg/10mcd (papa/phenol/Alpros). My trimix is 15mg/.5mg/5mcg (papa/phenol/Alpros). My first shot which was at the uros office was 20 units or .2cc and it hurt and lasted 6.5 hours. Six hours is when they say damage starts. They want you in the ER at the 4 hr mark to have time to get the on call uro in and get the medicine blended. I have some penil leakage which I'm sure helped keep the circulation going despite the priapism. I actually went to sleep with raging wood and woke up at the six hour mark. By the time I got back to the uros office it was 6.5 hours and all of the excitement caused it to go down. My next dose was .08cc or 8 units and it was good. On my 7th injection 17 days later .08 gave me 2.5 hrs of wood. Between my 8th and 12th injection I dropped to .03 which is where I'm at today with my low dose trimix. Some of us don't need very much at all to get great wood. I can do it with just a pill but prefer that rock hard wood trimix gives plus I don't have the side effects of nasal congestion and facial flushing.

I would drop your dose to 1/4th of your first dose.

Well, I tried .15 tonight, and so far it's been 2 hours and 15 minutes. Took a sudafed about 30 minutes ago. Guess next time I may try .05. The GOOD news is that the pharmacist told me my vial would last about 15 injections. That was at .3, so I'm going to get a lot more out of it. At $70 for 40+ injections, that's WAY better than the $200 I was paying for 12 pills of Levitra. It's probably going to expire before I can use it all.

Lol! Now why didn't I think of just showing the vial to my penis! :)

Peter disabled: no, my priapism isn't the reason from liking that theme song. I lost a friend to lymphoma. I later went to an Elton concert. I'm hard of hearing but sitting there in a live setting I could really hear the words and made it my theme song. But hey, you gave me a very good laugh. Thanks

Cwren, you will get better at this. I get ready with everything ready to go. I align the needle as per your instructions. I close my eyes and go somewhere else in my mind and give it a swift and deliberate push. It varies from a small thorn like prick to no pain. With your youth I truly hope you can get off the needle. Young guys get over the side effects easier. I would go with .08. Trimix is like a hammer. The rule of using a hammer is to only hit something as hard as needed to make it move.

You seem to be tracking almost exactly what I had done from 30 to 15 to 10units ... 10 is nice since that'll give you 50 shots from a 5 ml vial. Also, if you are going to be using such a small amount I would recommend you look around for some .30ml (30u) x 31g syringes. They are inexpensive and nice and small and less intimidating and have lots of extra markings (down to .5u) in case you want to be really accurate. I get mine from Amazon (but I had to buy a carton of 500!!). Already thru 100 of them in 6 months so they don't last forever, yah?

Use one every other day either with the missus or just for the plain fun of an all night chubber (and rehab)... (Erections will tend to last quite a bit longer if you go to sleep with one .. who knows why? Less exertion or REM sleep adding to it??).

cwren -- in my opinion go with 0.05 cc next time.  You'll probably end up going up from there, but it's better to start low and go up.  So I think 0.05, but certainly no more than 0.08 for your next shot.

Remember 90 minutes should be the maximum duration.

And yeah, the more times you inject the easier it gets.  You're logic has to win over your emotions.  It's hard not to cringe over the thought of poking something that sharp     in that place

Okay, first time, again, was .3cc (3 1/2 hr erection). Second time was .15cc (2 1/2 hr erection). Third time, .08cc (nothing). Today, back up to .15cc (nothing), added a second injection of .1cc (total .25cc), and I have my erection. The pharmacist told me I could give a second if the first wasn't quite strong enough. It's not as hard as previously, but it's good enough for sex. I'm a little frustrated though because it seems like it takes a different dose each time. Maybe I'm not doing it right? I dunno.

What Dersertrat said makes intuitive sense, but Dr. Mulhall actually says to stretch it. His injection instructions are as follows:

The proper injection site is around the middle of the shaft slightly closer to the base, at the 2 o’clock or 10 o’clock positions when viewing in cross section.
Always change sides each time you inject and avoid any vein you can see.
Hold penis by the head and pull straight out.
Wipe injection site with an alcohol wipe.
Pick up syringe like a pen or a dart
Again hold penis by the head and pull straight out, keeping tension while you inject.
Touch the needle to the skin - then push the needle all the way in.
Push the plunger and then pull the needle straight out; do not twist or jerk it out.
Holding the alcohol wipe at the injection site, squeeze the penis for 3 to 5 minutes.
Then with some stimulation you’re should be ready to go in about 10 minutes.

Also, if you are nervous or anxious, that will create adrenaline which has a negative effect on your erection. Btw, I was told to try each dose twice (separate days of course) before increasing the amount.

Another trick is to plump and prick. Some guys get their penis bigger either by manual stimulation if they have some nitric Oxiide production or use a VED to make the target bigger.
