Week 2, Day 5

30 mins. weights
20 mins. walking
14 mins. jogging (yes, 14 mins....)

Week #2, Saturday, my 7th day of exercise in Week #2: Whoo-Hoo!!  More skiing this morning...about an hour & 10 mins, I think.  It's beautiful outside.

Southern Comfort: Week #2, Saturday, Day #6: 45 minute brisk walk including a stop at Walgreens.

Treadmill; 2 miles, 31 minutes, 20 degree incline.

Week 2 saturday day 5. 2 1/2 hours continuous stand up paddle surfing 3 to 5' faces.continuous means running the pattern, paddle out thru surf, catch the wave, exit the wave, paddle out thru the surf etc. Doing this standing up, thru out the circuit, is the challenge. I fell a lot today, trying new things, hence, getting board turned around with arms and getting back up fighting surf, gives a great body and cardio workout. of course even a successful pattern is taxing. They say you burn 800-1000 calories an hour out there. My body is sore as we speak, out there its pure challenge and fun and you never sweat, seemingly

Week 2 / Saturday: 2 mile brisk walk with wifey. 45 mins mega snow shoveling. 60 mins elliptical trainer.

Congratulations, everyone, for a great Week #2 (of 4) of the PC/Aerobic Challenge!
