Why do I exercise? Casey had a good list. Here are my priorities in no special order:
Week 3, Tuesday.
Treadmill, 2.5 miles, 39 minutes.
Weights, two complete sets of lower body including calf, glutes, hamies, and quads.
Tuesday, Feb. 12th: half hour of water walking
Week 3, Wednesdy.
Treadmill, 2.5 miles, 20 degree incline, 39 minutes.
