Week 3, Day 6, Friday 2/15/13 (20 of 20 in a row....)
1 hour cardio early this morning - up North in da U.P. for a long weekend.
Then went on a 6-hour snowmobile ride; tons of snow, 8" new stuff overnight and another few inches today. Forecast is more lake effect snow somewhere between 10-18 inches tonight through tomorrow night - Yea Haw!
After we got back and put the sleds away, I went for my first workout at "Snap Fitness." Been awhile since I've done the machine / circuit workout, but it was good! Logged in a little over an hour, some 10-12 machines/exercises.
