Well latest PSA is 1.2 up from 0.8 Doctor said PSA is stable and is very happy that 4 years after failed salvage radiation my PSA is stable and has actually gone down from the highest after radiation of 3.5.  I guess I will keep up my supplements and stay away from medication for the time being.  My next PSA test is 6 months from now so I can relax for a while.

It will be 5 years in Aug from the time I was diagnosed .  Hopefully, I will still be stable 5 years frow now.

Jerry1, since May 2011 that looks like a flat graph, that's almost 2 years.

Good for you Jerry. A bit of a strange up and down pattern, but averages out to a stable picture. Hope you get many more years like this.

Congratulations, those are good numbers. I was watching one of Snuffy Meyers' videos and he commented on cases where the PSA goes up but just remains there. Has to do with the type of cells that are creating the PSA.

 Thanks everyone for your support.  Doctor not sure why the up and down but he says unless their is a large increase he feels everything is stable.

In other words they have no idea!  He said even with the cancer cells floating around they can still be affected by diet, medications, etc.  so a small increase up or down does not concern him.

Stable is great news! Might be all that Vitamin D you get playing tennis in sunny Florida (and drinking iced Orange juice of course)!
