Dear Aimzee and Dreamerboy,

Thank you very much for your participation and feedback. To asnwer Dreamerboy's question, I chose the most recent experience to survey is for the purpose to capture the experience as accurate as possible. The more remote experience tend to be less accurate and is more likely to associated with either positive or negative emotion if one memorises well, which can introduce biases.
