Ok: I was lucky enough to never have even needed one single pad after my DaVinci surgury. I have never even "squirted" when sneeezing. But once or twice, If I am not careful, I may let a few drops out during climax. That is just something that we all have to live with. If I am careful and urinate immediately prior to sex, I never have even the slightest accident. If you purposely push and empty your bladder, well there is nothing to leak.
As others have said, urine is sterile. As we approach our new normal, both you and your wife will accept what happens. Be happy that your are able to make love! During the passion of intercouse, don't let a few drops of urine ruin things. I was incrediably focused on this at the beginning, but now I don't worry at all......I must admit that a few drops of urine at climax time during intercourse almost feels like and simulates that way things used to be with semen. If I limit things to a few drops , my wife does't mind at all. Other types of "activity" may require a condom, but in my opinion, as long as we keep the volume of urine at managable levels, no one is going to complain. Good luck.
